2. Product and compatibility
QuickSFX Pro is a Windows extension for Adobe Premiere Pro. It helps editors organize and preview sound effects, assign sounds to keyboard shortcuts, and place assigned sounds into a timeline. Sound files and sound libraries are not included. The stated supported host version is Adobe Premiere Pro 2026 and later.
3. Orders and payment
The product is offered as a one-time license. The current planned price is USD $57; Paddle displays the applicable total, including any taxes, before payment. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders made through Paddle and handles checkout, payment processing, transaction receipts, and buyer order support. Your purchase contract and any checkout-specific terms shown by Paddle also apply.
4. License
After Paddle confirms payment and the license is delivered, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use QuickSFX Pro on up to two computers for your own use. The license does not expire on a scheduled date. It is non-transferable; there is no device-transfer or activation-reset option. You may not share or resell your key, distribute the installer, sublicense the software, or use it to provide the software as a service to others. Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
5. Installation and activation
License delivery and activation require an internet connection. The extension communicates with the license service to validate the key and enforce the two-computer limit. Keep your license key private. If you have an installation, delivery, or activation problem, contact SamarShop using the support details above and include your order reference and product version. Do not send full payment-card details or a card security code.
6. Updates and support
Updates released for QuickSFX Pro are provided to existing license holders at no additional charge. Product support is available by email at [email protected] or by WhatsApp message to +977 9869057671. WhatsApp support is message-only; calls are not accepted.
7. Refunds, reversals, and consumer rights
There is no additional seller-issued voluntary money-back guarantee. This does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, rights concerning a product that is faulty or not as described, or any refund Paddle provides under its own policies. Paddle handles transaction and refund requests as Merchant of Record. See the Refund and Payment Support Policy and Paddle’s Buyer Refund Policy. If a transaction is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated license may be suspended or revoked as permitted by law and the applicable Paddle process.
8. Changes
We may update QuickSFX Pro and these terms. A change will not remove rights already granted to a paid license holder, including the no-additional-charge updates described above, except where required to address a legal or security issue. We will date any revised terms.
9. Applicable rights
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. If a provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, it will be applied only to the extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
