1. Paddle handles orders and refunds
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for QuickSFX Pro orders made through Paddle. Paddle processes the transaction, issues the receipt, and handles payment and refund requests. To ask about an order or request a refund, use the support or refund link in your receipt, or visit Paddle buyer support.
2. Seller refund policy
SamarShop does not offer an additional voluntary money-back guarantee. Paddle’s own Buyer Refund Policy applies to Paddle transactions and may provide refunds under its rules, including where required by law, where a product has a material defect, or where Paddle grants a discretionary refund. You can read the current Paddle Buyer Refund Policy. Nothing in this page limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law, including rights relating to faulty or not-as-described digital products.
3. Delivery, installation, and activation problems
If you paid but did not receive a license, or cannot install or activate QuickSFX Pro, contact SamarShop at [email protected] or by WhatsApp message to +977 9869057671. Include the purchase email, Paddle order reference, QuickSFX Pro version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card details or a card security code. We will investigate delivery and activation issues and help route payment or refund questions to Paddle.
4. Refunds and license access
If Paddle approves a refund or a payment is reversed or charged back, the associated license may be suspended or revoked under the Terms of Use and as permitted by applicable law. A customer may still use any payment-dispute or consumer-protection process available to them.
